Some Office Changes…
So, Danielle quit. All the signs and red flags were there; we were all just to dumb to take any action before it was too late. She’s done. Wants to just be an FSM and sell cutco, but wants to part in management or the office. So, where does this leave us as a staff? Well, we still have Vernon-who will be taking on even more responsibilities to make up for not having Danielle around. And Jessica will be adding a hand to help-not much- but a little. When summer comes, everyone will be gone but Ron and me. We’ll probably have Jenn Farrell as sales manager (this isn’t for sure yet-but it’s one of our only options). We’ll have a couple FSMs from Chino’s Pearl City office come back (Keenan and Nate)…they can run a few interviews and help out too. Ty Dawkins wants to DM (eventually) so will be running a few interviews and helping out in the office this summer to properly train for running his own district one day. There’s a couple other AMI candidates-but they are both whack and I’m really pushing for Ron to not put them on staff. And lastly, I will be running a couple interviews a week, too. I’m not really excited about it-don’t really care for any of the back end management stuff. My specialty is front end efficiency-which I’ll still be doing in addition to interviews. Ron’s putting me on 1% for the summer, so I guess I’ll take it. lol. That’s an extra 3-5 grand in my pocket this summer just for running 1 interview a week. So it’ll be worth it.
